At FREQUENCY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces don't resonate, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
